Using the service

TechWeb Marketing provides workspaces for preparing, reviewing, organizing and publishing marketing content through supported integrations. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must have authority to act for the business or organization whose workspace and accounts you use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account and workspace

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and use the access controls available to your workspace. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for ensuring that invited users have appropriate roles. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share passwords, authentication codes or access tokens in content or setup notes.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in content and media you provide. You give TechWeb Marketing permission to store, process, display and transmit that material as needed to operate the service and carry out your requested actions, including sending it to configured AI providers and authorized publishing destinations. You must hold the necessary rights and permissions for your content, media, trademarks, account access and marketing claims.

Review and publishing

You are responsible for reviewing generated material for accuracy, suitability, rights and compliance before approving or publishing it. AI output can contain errors. Approval and publication are separate actions. An account record or browser sign-in does not authorize publishing. Only supported and authorized connections can publish directly; other channels require manual publication. Scheduling and other features are available only to the extent shown as operational in the application.

Connected services

Third-party platforms, AI services and other integrations have their own terms, policies, permissions, charges and availability. You must comply with them. Provider approval, account eligibility, API limits and policy changes can affect integrations. We do not guarantee approval, continuous access, delivery, engagement or a particular marketing result. Connecting an account authorizes only the access described in its consent flow.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive activity, spam, impersonation, unauthorized account access or attempts to bypass security or provider restrictions. Do not upload malicious code, interfere with other workspaces, or use credentials and accounts that you are not authorized to control.

Privacy and public material

Our privacy policy describes how workspace information and connected-service data are handled. Publishing sends material to the selected destination under its visibility settings. Uploaded media may be accessible through public delivery URLs. Do not upload confidential information that you are not authorized to share.

Disconnecting and ending access

You may disconnect supported integrations using the application and revoke authorization in the provider’s settings. Disconnecting does not delete posts already published elsewhere. Contact us for account or workspace closure and data requests. We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to address misuse, security threats, legal obligations or provider requirements.

Availability and responsibility

We work to operate the service reliably, but features can change or be interrupted. Keep copies of important content and verify publication results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any separately agreed written service or billing terms also apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated date will appear on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account contact where appropriate. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
